22-23 UNG Campus Recreation and Wellness Mentorship Program

UNG Campus Recreation and Wellness Mentorship Program 22-23

UNG Campus Recreation and Wellness strives to maintain quality instruction through its Group Exercise Classes and Personal Training programs. Since we strive for quality instruction, we are looking for individuals interested in participating in a new program called, "UNG Campus Recreation and Wellness Mentorship Program." This program will allow for UNG students, who have at least 3 semesters remaining in their college career and are enrolled for a minimum of 6 credit hours, to pursue a, nationally recognized, group exercise or personal training certification. Financial assistance is available.

Those who are accepted into the program will be paired up with a more experienced instructor, with a minimum of one year experience (as available), who will support skill development, as mentees slowly take on more and more teaching responsibility over the course of the program, while simultaneously working towards certification. Applicants should be interested in working for UNG after successfully passing certification exam.

*Please note that all certifications must be NCCA Accredited*
